Frequently Asked Questions

How Does IV Therapy Work?

One of our licensed medical professionals will insert a small tube (IV) into your vein. The tube is attached to a bag containing saline, as well as any other additives you selected to be included in your package. The formula will be (slowly) pushed or “dripped” directly to your bloodstream allowing you to reap the full benefits of every vitamin and/or medication present in your IV almost immediately. IVs replace lost fluids and electrolytes quickly and efficiently. Intravenous delivery is a quick and easy way to re-hydrate your body and take care of a multitude of benefits.

Is Hydrating Using IVs Safe?

Absolutely.  Our formulas are administered by licensed medical professionals who have the appropriate training and experience in IV therapy and administering IVs. All our medical personnel are licensed as Registered Nurses or higher with years of experience working in hospitals and medical clinics.

How Long Does Treatment Usually Take?

We always tell customers to expect their treatment to take up to 45 minutes.  This can be slightly different for different individuals depending on their height, weight and how their body reacts. To be safe, plan on taking an hour for your treatment. This will allow additional time for any paperwork or any other housekeeping items.

How Often Can I Get IV Hydration Therapy?

Some people only take advantage of IV therapy when they experience things like hangovers, jetlag, or migraines. Others get IV therapy more regularly since they get better results from taking vitamins this way. The frequency in which you get treated really depends on your biological individuality and lifestyle. Our clinical staff has no problem with helping you deduce when and how often you should receive certain treatments.

Am I Eligible for This Service?

Most individuals we see are cleared for treatment.  Of course, there are sometimes exceptions. Treating minors and people over the age of 65 left to the discretion of the on-call physician or nurse practitioner. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you’re still eligible, but some medications and vitamins may be off-limits.

Should I Consult with My Doctor First?

You’re always free to discuss the safety and efficiency of IV hydration therapy with your doctor. You don’t need to consult your doctor first though.  Our entire team, including the one administering your treatment, are all licensed professionals.

Do You Accept Health Insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not accept private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid at this time.

Can I Get IV Therapy As a Preventative Measure?

Absolutely. A lot of our clients use IV therapy treatments as part of their regular wellness routine.  Others use it as a preventative measure against an anticipated hangover. Some of our IVs were created to boost your immune system during cold and flu season. Taking those IVs prior to flu season would be a preventative measure.  Athletes and those who train heavily use our IVs to improve performance and recovery. Others just like looking and feeling hydrated, well-rested and healthy.

How Fast Can a Nurse Get to Me?

That depends on where you’re located.  We always do our best to get to our customers as quickly possible.  Depending on the time of day, we typically can get to you within 30 – 45 min of your call.  We recommend scheduling in advance.

Will You Come to My Party or Event?
